Introduction:

The Whistleblowing Policy at GreenGuzo is designed to promote transparency and accountability by providing a secure and confidential channel for employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns or suspicions about unethical, illegal, or improper practices within the organization. It is the responsibility of all individuals associated with GreenGuzo to use the whistleblowing process to disclose any suspected dangers or wrongdoing to the appropriate channels.

Scope:

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders who have a business relationship with GreenGuzo. It covers any concerns related to fraud, corruption, unethical behavior, health and safety violations, environmental issues, conflicts of interest, or any other activities that go against the principles of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct.

Our Responsibility:

In GreenGuzo, we take corporate governance seriously. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for maintaining GreenGuzo’s corporate governance framework, which includes this policy. The Compliance Officer, in collaboration with the Whistleblowing Committee, is responsible for the following:

1. Publicizing the Framework: Ensuring the existence of the corporate governance framework and all associated documents is publicized to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.

2. Document Publication: Ensuring that all corporate governance framework documents and policy documents are published on applicable forums and easily accessible to employees and stakeholders.

3. Register and Review: Maintaining a register and conducting regular reviews of all corporate governance framework documents to ensure their accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.

4. Coordination with Whistleblowing Committee: Collaborating with the Whistleblowing Committee to ensure that any changes or updates to the whistleblowing process or policies are effectively communicated and implemented.

Employees’ Responsibility:

All employees have a responsibility to actively participate in maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability. Specifically, employees are responsible for:

1. Using the Whistleblowing Process: Ensuring that they use the whistleblowing process to disclose any suspected dangers or wrongdoing to GreenGuzo’s whistleblowing committee or an external safety channel as appropriate.

2. Feedback and Improvement: Employees are invited to provide comments, suggestions, and queries regarding this policy. Their input is valuable in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the whistleblowing process. Comments, suggestions, and queries can be addressed to the Compliance Officer.

Confidentiality and Protection:

GreenGuzo is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of whistleblowers to the extent reasonably practicable and in accordance with legal requirements. Whistleblowers have the right to remain anonymous, and their identities will be protected throughout the investigation process, except as required by law.

Non-Retaliation Policy:

GreenGuzo strictly prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Any form of retaliation against a whistleblower will be considered a serious violation of this policy and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Awareness and Training:

GreenGuzo will conduct regular awareness programs and training sessions to educate employees and stakeholders about the Whistleblowing Policy, the importance of reporting concerns, and how to effectively utilize the whistleblowing process.
