To achieve our diversity objectives, we will implement the following measures:

  1. Integration into Management: We will formalize diversity and equality as essential components of management responsibility and ensure that our board of directors actively promotes and supports diversity initiatives.
  2. Work-Life Balance: We will promote work-life balance for all employees, recognizing its significance in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  3. HR Processes: Diversity measures will be incorporated into our HR processes, both for internal job promotions and external job advertisements. We will actively seek diverse candidates and ensure fair and unbiased evaluation criteria.
  4. Targeted Marketing and Advertising: We will implement targeted marketing and advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent to GreenGuzo. Our aim is to create a workforce that represents a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives.
  5. Training and Development: We are committed to providing training opportunities to all employees. Through established routines and processes, we will offer development programs that enhance diversity awareness, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence.
  6. Gender Balance: We will adopt a systematic approach to mapping and ensuring gender balance throughout our organization. This includes monitoring salary processes, part-time employees, and employees on paternity/maternity leave. Our goal is to achieve a minimum threshold of 40% women in all business functions by 2028.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to complying with diversity and inclusion legislation across all the regions where we operate.


GreenGuzo places a high value on corporate governance. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for maintaining GreenGuzo’s corporate governance framework, which includes the implementation of this diversity policy.

The Compliance Officer is responsible for:

  • Publicizing the corporate governance framework and associated documents.
  • Ensuring the publication of corporate governance framework and policy documents on relevant platforms, and maintaining a register for review.

The Director of People & Culture is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the policy’s content is up to date and reporting to the Compliance Officer.
  • Communicating this policy to contractors, customers, the general public, and other interested parties.
  • Implementing a comprehensive training plan for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to diversity principles.

These responsibilities are vital in maintaining our commitment to strong corporate governance practices, fostering transparency, and ensuring accountability throughout our organization.
